All of our Support Workers are employed directly by us.
Our support workers are given full training to the highest possible standards.
This means that we take full responsibility for their professional development.
Courses undertaken include: Diploma in Health & Social Care, Moving and Handling,
First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Epilepsy & Medication.
We have an excellent team of highly skilled and professional Support Staff to
assist you. Each Support Worker undergoes continuous training, regular supervisions and observations that ensures that we deliver the highest quality of service that is designed to meet your individual needs. We recognise that your Support Worker is somebody with whom you can form a special friendship,
and for this reason, we take great care in selecting a staff member with
whom you feel completely comfortable.
All our staff must have a full DBS Check before they can begin their work.
