Cynnig is made up of Volunteer Directors, a Manager, an Assistant Manager, a Payroll Administrator, and over thirty support workers.

Cynnig has expanded steadily over the years, employing quality support staff to fulfil its obligations to its clients, such as Denbighshire County Council, Conwy County Borough Council, and private purchasers of support too.

Our purpose at Cynnig is to promote independence by providing the highest quality support and training, which is both objective and developmental.

We aim to facilitate positive, individualised progress by ensuring that those whom we support feel a sense of belonging, friendship, trust, happiness, and security. With these basic needs in place, the continual enhancement of an individual’s general well-being and overall quality of life, the strengthening of their personal resilience, and the development of their life skills can steadily move forward.

We can assist you with:

Providing physical support, which may include helping with household tasks and assisted personal care.

Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.

Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks and medical appointments.

Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.

Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport, and paying for bills.

Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs the highest possible standards.
